Ermenrich NetGeeks NP45 Multifunctional Cable Tester

The Ermenrich NetGeeks NP45 Multifunctional Cable Tester is a special device for testing a large number of parameters of telephone computer and twisted pair networks as well as detecting cable faults and open circuits determining the presence of voltage etc. The tester offers features that empower professionals to efficiently install diagnose and repair networks across the office home and industrial settings.

The Port Flash function on the tester can help you locate the cable connected to the network port on the switch or router. The device has an NCV function for non-contact detection of hazardous voltage. The device can also conduct a PoE test which helps to determine the PSE type and it detects midspan/endspan. The VFL (Visual Fault Locator) function allows you to find bends and damage to the cable using the light signals of the device. Ermenrich NetGeeks NP45 can be used to measure cable length using the TDR method (in the range of 2.5 to 200m). The maximum cable length covered during testing is 600m.

The device is designed for testing STP/UTP network cables of 5E/6/6A categories as well as for the additional detection of telephone and electrical cables.
