Levenhuk Nelson 7x35 Monocular
Marine monocular. Magnification: 7x. Objective lens diameter: 35 mm

Levenhuk Nelson 7x35 Marine Monocular is a universal optical tool in a compact shell. A built-in compass and a rangefinder allow determining the direction and measuring the distance to the objects. This optical tool is perfect for a fisherman or a water tour lover.

This monocular features 7x magnification that is sufficient for detailed studying of remote objects. Close focus is 3 meters. You can see the dials of the rangefinder and compass in the eyepiece. A built-in compass points to the direction of the object in angle degrees. North is 360°, South is 180°, East is 90° and West is 270°. The compass has no illumination, which is why we recommend using it in the daytime.

You can calculate either the distance to an object with a known size, or the size (height) of an object with a known distance. You will need a known parameter and the rangefinder’s indications to use a formula.

The optics are made of quality BaK-4 glass. The lenses are fully multi-coated. Due to such coating, this monocular transmits a sharp high-resolution image with bright colors.

Eyepiece diopter adjustment is available. The waterproof shell is made of sturdy and lightweight plastic. Nitrogen filling prevents the lenses from fogging.

We recommend using this monocular with the Levenhuk FS10 Floating Strap near water: the bright accessory will prevent the optical tool from sinking or getting lost.
