The Levenhuk MED 4x infinity plan achromatic objective is specially designed for infinity-corrected microscopes (their tube length is adjusted to infinity). These are professional optical instruments that are used in laboratories. The main advantage of the infinity-corrected optical system is the ability to install any additional parts, e.g. polarizers.

The Levenhuk MED 4x infinity plan achromatic objective provides 4x magnification, produces flat images across the field of view, and increases the contrast of the transmitted image. It features glass optics and a metal body.
