Levenhuk New Wise PLUS 12x42 Monocular

The Levenhuk New Wise PLUS 12x42 monocular is a compact and powerful optical device for nature observation, travel, and outdoor activities. Its 12x magnification and 42mm objective lens enable you to see distant objects in high detail, even in low-light conditions. Fully multi-coated BaK-4 optics with broadband coatings on the eyepiece and the objective provide a bright, high-contrast image with natural color reproduction across the entire field of view.

The optical system consists of 5 elements in 4 groups. This design ensures minimal distortion and maximum sharpness across the entire field of view. It provides an angular field of view of 4.5° that equals a linear field of 79 meters at 1000 meters. A close focus distance of just 2 meters allows you to study nearby objects in detail.

The monocular features a responsive and easy-to-use focusing system, along with a diopter adjustment of ±5D for individual eyesight correction. A twist-up eyecup ensures comfortable viewing with or without glasses, while 13mm of eye relief provides a comfortable viewing position. With an exit pupil of 3.5mm, a relative brightness of 12.25, and a twilight factor of 22.5, it is an effective tool for observation in poor lighting.

The body is made of ABS plastic and filled with nitrogen. This design prevents internal fogging during sudden temperature changes. Rated IP67, it is completely dustproof and can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter deep. An operating temperature range of –20°C to +55°C allows for effective use in any climate, from freezing winters to hot summers. The monocular can be mounted on a tripod (tripod is sold separately) for extended stationary viewing.

Its compact size and 355 grams in weight make it easily fit into a jacket pocket or backpack.
