Ermenrich NetGeeks NP50 Multifunctional Cable Tester

The Ermenrich NetGeeks NP50 multifunctional cable tester is designed for testing STP/UTP network cables of 5/5E/6/6A categories measuring cable length using the TDR method (within 5–200m) conducting comprehensive diagnostics of telephone and computer networks and detecting twisted pair. The device will identify the location of open or short circuit on the line measure the approximate distance to the fault as well as detect crossed pairs. Maximum length of the tested cable: 1000m.

The device has many functions that are useful to specialists who install maintain and repair networks in industrial office and home environments. Ermenrich NetGeeks NP50 can be used to perform Ethernet network tests: PoE (identifies the PSE type and midspan/endspan) and PING (measure the packet transmission speed determine the IP address). The Port Flash feature allows you to quickly identify which port on your router or switch your cable is connected to. Using the Visual Fault Locator (VFL) you can locate network faults based on the receiver’s light signals. Light indication is also present in the non-contact voltage detection (NCV) function. All of the diagnostic results are displayed on the transmitter’s color TFT screen.
