Levenhuk Nelson 7x50 Binoculars
Marine binoculars. Magnification: 7x. Objective lens diameter: 50mm.

Levenhuk Nelson 7x50 Marine Binoculars are designed for fishermen, yachtsmen and lovers of water journeys. The waterproof shell ensures the safety of this optical tool. These binoculars feature 7x magnification that allows for detailed observing of distant objects. The close focus distance is four meters.

The optical scheme is based on Porro prisms. The optical elements are based on BaK-4 glass. The lenses are fully coated with multiple layers of anti-reflective coating. That provides a bright, vivid and detailed picture.

The embossed plastic shell protects the optics from dust, moisture and accidental hits. Ergonomic shape and anti-slip coating provide a firm grip. The twist-up eyecups are especially convenient for performing observations for people who wear glasses. The nitrogen filling of the shell prevents the lenses from fogging.

Levenhuk Nelson 8x30 Marine Binoculars comes in a waterproof floating body: if they accidentally plunge into the water, they will not sink, and the lenses and prisms will not be damaged. Add a bright Levenhuk FS10 Floating Strap to go with these binoculars, and they will never get lost!

Levenhuk Nelson 7x50 is a model with individual focusing of the optical tubes. Each of the binoculars’ tubes is focused individually; there is no central focusing wheel. You can mount these binoculars on a tripod with a special tripod socket on the binoculars’ body.

A special feature of these binoculars – a built-in rangefinder and a compass with diode light. When you look into the eyepieces, you can see a vertical scale of a rangefinder and an arch dial of the compass with a division value of 1°. South is 180°, East is 90° and West is 270°.

The rangefinder is used for calculating the size (height) of the observed object or the distance to it. You can calculate an unknown parameter based on the rangefinder’s indications, using a special formula.
